In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "444cx", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 444cx platform, its operators, and its licensors operating the gaming and sports betting services available at 444cx.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any part of the 444cx platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the 444cx website at 444cx.org, including all gaming products, sports betting markets, account management tools, and payment services accessible therein.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the 444cx platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's 444cx account, including real-money deposits and any eligible bonus amounts clearly marked as such.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits credited to an account that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all financial transactions conducted on the 444cx platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, referring to the identity and document verification processes required by 444cx's licensing obligations.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws, regulations, and licence conditions applicable to 444cx's operations under its international gaming licence.

By accessing the 444cx platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by 444cx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 444cx reserves the right to request identity verification documents including, but not limited to, a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal processing will not be initiated for accounts that have not completed applicable KYC verification. 444cx may suspend account access during the KYC review process without liability.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 444cx platform complies with all local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 444cx makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444cx login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. 444cx recommends that all players enable 2FA from their account security settings immediately following registration.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your 444cx account using your login credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed that activity. 444cx accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must notify 444cx support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• You must not use another player's account credentials to access their account under any circumstances.
• Accounts showing suspicious login activity may be temporarily suspended pending a security review.

Bank transfers may take between one and three business hours depending on the originating bank. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 444cx subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have successfully completed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed.

• A player may only claim a bonus offer once unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
• Game contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories may contribute different percentages toward the total wagering requirement. Contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 444cx reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from, or decline to credit a bonus to, any account where systematic or professional betting patterns are identified.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been completed within the expiry period will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play with other accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

444cx reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the 444cx platform and will apply to bonuses claimed after the effective date of the amendment. Bonuses already in active wagering progress at the time of an amendment will be treated in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of claim where technically feasible.

All games offered on the 444cx platform, including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti 20-20, Happy Fishing, and other RNG-based products, utilise independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent of previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term performance averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.

Sports betting markets on 444cx are governed by the following general rules:

• All bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, ICC for international fixtures).
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance unless specific market rules state otherwise.

Where a technical error results in an incorrect odds or payout display, 444cx reserves the right to correct the error and settle at the accurate odds. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444cx platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or during any communication with 444cx support.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other unlawful source.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444cx and its operators, directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the 444cx platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Gaming losses resulting from normal platform operation, RNG outcomes, or sports betting results.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond 444cx's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the 444cx platform that does not constitute an official, binding commitment by 444cx.

444cx's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 444cx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
